50 .         Terms used

                In this Part —

        CEO has the meaning given in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4;

        RT (AD) Act means the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Act 2008 ;

        RTA means the Road Traffic Act 1974 .
