Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) When the decision
of any plaint has been delivered by the warden’s court, a judgment in
the form of Form 38 may be signed by the warden or mining registrar and
lodged in the court.
(2) A copy of the
judgment shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, be delivered to any person
applying for it.
