(1) The warden may, at
any time during proceedings, order that an applicant shall provide additional
information by disclosing documents relevant to the proceedings.
(2) For the purposes
of subregulation (1) the Magistrates Court (Civil Proceedings) Rules
2005 Part 7 applies so that —
(a) a
reference to an order under section 16(1)(n) is to be read as a reference
to an order under subregulation (1); and
(b) a
reference to a party ordered to provide additional information by disclosing
documents is a reference to an applicant who is subject to an order under
subregulation (1); and
(c) a
reference to the Court is to be read as a reference to the warden; and
(d) a
reference to a case is to be read as a reference to proceedings under this
Division; and
(e) a
reference to the trial is to be read as a reference to a substantive hearing
of the proceedings.
(3) An order under
subregulation (1) cannot be made against a respondent.
