MINING REGULATIONS 1981 - REG 4K

4K .         Surrender of permit

        (1)         A permit holder may surrender his or her permit by lodging notice in writing.

        (2)         A notice under subregulation (1) is to be —

            (a)         signed by the permit holder or each permit holder (if more than one); and

            (b)         where possible, accompanied by the permit.
