MOORING REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 23

23 .         Vessel to be maintained in seaworthy condition

                The owner of a vessel moored on a registered mooring site must maintain the vessel in a seaworthy condition so that the vessel is capable of undertaking a voyage.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
