MOORING REGULATIONS 1998 - REG 4

4 .         Installation of moorings

        (1)         A person must not install a mooring in a mooring control area without the written permission of the CEO.

        Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $2 000.

        (2)         Subregulation (1) does not apply to the CEO.
