METROPOLITAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2011 - REG 14A

14A .         Removal of land from, and cessation of, Scarborough redevelopment area

        (1)         In this regulation —

        cessation day means the day on which the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Amendment Regulations 2023 regulation 4 comes into operation;

        former regulation 14A means regulation 14A as in force immediately before cessation day;

        relevant plan has the meaning given in former regulation 14A(1);

        Scarborough redevelopment area means the land declared by former regulation 14A(2) to be a redevelopment area.

        (2)         On cessation day —

            (a)         all of the land in the area outlined in bold on the relevant plan is removed from the Scarborough redevelopment area; and

            (b)         the Scarborough redevelopment area ceases to exist.
