Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations An applicant for
appointment to a cadetship shall produce to the
Commissioner —
(a)
evidence of his date of birth;
(b)
evidence that he has qualified or passed as the case may be in accordance with
regulation 4 (b);
(c)
evidence as to character;
(d) a
medical certificate certifying that he is in good health and not affected with
any physical infirmity that would interfere with the proper exercise of his
professional duties; and
(e) a
questionnaire completed by the applicant on the form supplied at the office of
the Commissioner.
