MAIN ROADS (ENGINEERING CADETS) REGULATIONS 1982 - REG 6

6 .         Cadetship agreement

        (1)         Before a person commences a cadetship he and a surety shall enter into an agreement with the Commissioner in the form of the agreement in Schedule 2.

        (2)         The surety referred to in subregulation (1) of this regulation shall be the cadet's legal guardian or such other person as the Commissioner approves.
