Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) An authorised
person may exercise a power in relation to another person only if —
(a) the
authorised person first produces the authorised person’s identity card
for the other person’s inspection; or
(b) the
authorised person has the identity card displayed so it is clearly visible to
the other person.
(2) However, if for
any reason it is not practicable to comply with subregulation (1), the
authorised person must produce the identity card for inspection by the other
person at the first reasonable opportunity.
