MINES SAFETY AND INSPECTION LEVY REGULATIONS 2010 - REG 8

8 .         Amount of levy

                The amount of levy payable in respect of a mine for a quarter is the amount (in dollars) equal to L in the formula —

                where —

        H         is the number of assessed hours for the quarter; and

        R         is —

            (a)         for a quarter that begins on or after 1 July 2020 and ends on or before 30 June 2024 — $0.17;

            (b)         for a quarter that begins on or after 1 July 2024 — $0.16;

            (c)         for a quarter that begins on or after 1 July 2025 — $0.155.
