Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) For the purposes
of determining the treatment, care and support needs of a participant in the
CISS, the Commission may, by written notice, require the participant to
undergo a medical examination or other examination by a health professional,
or other appropriately qualified person, specified in the notice.
(2) The notice must
inform the participant that failure to comply with the requirement may result
in suspension of the person’s participation in the CISS under
regulation 20.
