(1) On completion of a
review, the review officer must make a decision that either —
(a)
confirms or varies the non‑medical decision; or
(b)
revokes the non‑medical decision and substitutes another decision.
(2) The review officer
must give written notice of the decision to the applicant and to the
Commission.
(3) The notice must
include —
(a) the
reasons for the decision; and
(b)
information about the applicant’s right to appeal against the decision
under section 27 of the Act.
