MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIRERS REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 12

12 .         Fees for changes of authorised premises (Act s. 61(b))

        (1)         In this regulation —

        fixed premises means any premises that are not mobile premises.

        (2)         For the purposes of the Act section 61(b), the prescribed fee is —

            (a)         if the application involves adding particulars of any mobile premises or substituting particulars of any premises with particulars of any mobile premises — $141.00 for each of the mobile premises the particulars of which are to be added; and

            (b)         if the application involves adding particulars of any fixed premises or substituting particulars of any premises with particulars of any fixed premises — $141.00 for each of the fixed premises the particulars of which are to be added.
