regulation —
commencement day means the day on which the
Commerce Regulations Amendment (Motor Vehicle Dealers and Repairers)
Regulations 2022 Part 3 comes into operation.
(2) Despite the
amendments made to these regulations by the Commerce Regulations Amendment
(Motor Vehicle Dealers and Repairers) Regulations 2022 Part 3, a
repairer’s certificate that is in force immediately before commencement
day continues to have effect, on and after commencement day, in relation to
the same class or classes of repair work as it did before commencement day.
(3) The amendments
made by the Commerce Regulations Amendment (Motor Vehicle Dealers and
Repairers) Regulations 2022 Part 3 do not limit the operation of
regulation 16(5).
