(1) Where the
applicant for administration is not the sole person entitled to
administration, there being another person or other persons within the
jurisdiction also entitled thereto, the consents, duly verified, of any such
persons shall be filed, or evidence shall be adduced that they were served
with notice of the application, or that they cannot be found.
(2) The Registrar may
direct that notice of an application for administration be given to any
person, wherever he is resident, and whether or not he appears to be entitled
in distribution to the estate of the intestate, and may dispense wholly or in
part with the requirements of subrule (1).
