(1) A grant lodged for
sealing shall include an authentic copy of the will and codicil (if any) to
which the grant relates, or shall be accompanied by a copy thereof certified
as correct by or under the authority of the Court by which the grant was made.
(2) The person
producing a grant for sealing shall also lodge for record purposes a copy of
the grant and of any will and codicil to which it relates.
(3) The copy required
by subrule (2) shall, unless otherwise directed by the Registrar, be a
photographic copy made in the Registry.
