under section 2.10(b) and the last day for submissions specified in that
notice; and
(b)
there is a period of at least 14 days between the publication of a draft
decision under section 2.14 and the last day for submissions on the draft
decision specified by the Relevant Regulator; and
(c)
there is a period of at least 14 days between the publication of a final
decision under section 2.16(a)(ii) or (b)(ii) and the date specified by the
Relevant Regulator as the last day for the Service Provider to submit a
revised Access Arrangement.
In all other respects
the timing for the taking of each of the steps set out in sections 2.9, 2.10
and 2.12 to 2.20 (inclusive) is a matter for the Relevant Regulator to
determine.
