NATIONAL THIRD PARTY ACCESS CODE FOR NATURAL GAS PIPELINE SYSTEMS - REG 3.7

3.7         Capacity Management Policy

                An Access Arrangement must include a statement (a Capacity Management Policy ) that the Covered Pipeline is either:

            (a)         a Contract Carriage Pipeline; or

            (b)         a Market Carriage Pipeline.
