7.11         Treatment of Confidential Information

                Where a person furnishes information or a document to the NCC, Relevant Minister or Relevant Regulator (other than in compliance with a notice given by the Relevant Regulator under section 41 of the Gas Pipelines Access Law) the person may, at the time when the document is furnished, state that the information or document or part of the information or document is of a confidential or commercially sensitive nature.
