NAVIGABLE WATERS REGULATIONS 1958 - REG 52BB

52BB .         Lifejacket worn on personal watercraft to be maintained in serviceable condition

                A lifejacket that is required to be worn under regulation 50B(4) must be maintained in a serviceable condition.
