POLICE APPEAL BOARD (ELECTION) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 5

5 .         Time and place for nominations

        (1)         The returning officer must, having regard to —

            (a)         the expiry day; and

            (b)         the time required to lodge nominations; and

            (c)         the time required to conduct the election,

                determine the dates and times for opening and closing the period for lodging nominations of candidates for the election.

        (2)         The returning officer must determine the place at which nominations of candidates for the election must be lodged.
