PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT (WESTERN AUSTRALIAN PLANNING COMMISSION) REGULATIONS 2024 - REG 19

19 .         Recordings of board meetings

        (1)         A person must not make or publish an audio or visual recording of a meeting of the board.

        Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $10 000.

        (2)         Subregulation (1) does not apply to the Commission.
