bring or allow an animal on identified State land.
(2) A person who
brings an animal on identified State land must keep it under control by means
of a rein or leash.
(3) A person must not
ride an animal on identified State land.
(4) A person who rides
an animal on identified State land without due care and attention commits an
offence.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
