PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 18

18 .         Unauthorised removal of material

                A person must not interfere with or take from identified State land any thing on State land that the person does not own or is not entitled to possess.

        Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
