(1) The Board is to
keep a register of licences and permits in such form as the Board determines.
(2) The register is to
be available for public inspection at the office of the Board during normal
office hours.
(3) A person may
obtain from the Board a copy of the register on payment of the fee set out in
Schedule 1 Division 1.
(4) A person may
obtain from the Board an extract from the register relating to a particular
licence or permit on payment of the fee set out in Schedule 1
Division 1.
(5) The Board may
remove address, telephone or email address information from —
(a) the
copy of the register that is available for inspection under
subregulation (2); or
(b) a
copy of the register that is provided under subregulation (3); or
(c) an
extract from the register that is provided under subregulation (4).
