Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations If the Board refuses
to issue a licence or permit, the Board is to refund the licence fee or permit
fee and give written notice to the applicant setting out the decision and the
reasons for the decision not later than 14 days after the decision is
made.
