PLUMBERS LICENSING AND PLUMBING STANDARDS REGULATIONS 2000 - REG 23

23 .         Licence and permit not to be used by others

                A licensee or permit holder must not —

            (a)         dispose of his or her licence or permit to another person; or

            (b)         permit another person to use his or her licence or permit.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 000.
