Division —
authorised person means —
(a) a
plumbing compliance officer; or
(b) a
person designated under regulation 80 by the Board to be an authorised
person for the purposes of the regulation in which the term is used;
prescribed offence means an offence against a
regulation listed in the Table to regulation 75(3).
