Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The Board may, in
writing, designate an employee of the department to be an authorised person
for the purposes of regulation 75, 76 or 77.
(2) The Board is to
issue to each person who is designated under subregulation (1) a
certificate of that person’s authorisation.
(3) An authorised
person must, at the request of a person to whom an infringement notice has
been given, produce the certificate given to the person under
subregulation (2).
