PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION) REGULATIONS 2015 - REG 5

5 .         Requirement for approval of survey

                An instrument holder commits an offence if —

            (a)         the instrument holder undertakes a survey in an instrument area; and

            (b)         the instrument holder does not have the approval of the Minister under regulation 9 to undertake the survey.

        Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
