(1) If the Minister
gives a licensee a notice under regulation 54, the licensee may make an
objection, in writing, to the Minister —
(a)
stating one or more of the following —
(i)
that the revision should not occur;
(ii)
that the revision should be in terms different from the
proposed terms;
(iii)
that the revision should take effect on a date later than
the proposed date;
(iv)
that the date by which the licensee must submit the
revision should be later than the proposed date;
and
(b)
giving reasons for the objection.
(2) The licensee must
make the objection within —
(a)
21 days after receiving the notice; or
(b) if
the Minister, in writing, allows a longer period — that period.
