regulation —
week of survey , in relation to a survey,
means —
(a) the
period of 7 days starting on the first day on which data is acquired
under the survey; and
(b) each
subsequent period of 7 days in which, or in any part of which, data is
acquired under the survey;
weekly survey report means a report that includes
the information listed in Schedule 9.
(2) An instrument
holder commits an offence if the instrument holder —
(a)
undertakes a survey in an instrument area; and
(b) does
not give the Minister a weekly survey report within 24 hours after the
end of each week of survey.
Penalty: a fine of $7 000.
