(1) This regulation
applies if, under regulation 90(1), 91(2) or 92(1), the
Minister makes documentary information available to a person.
(2) If the document
containing the information is lent to the person, the Minister may require the
person to pay a fee of $142.00 for each day or part of a day during which the
document is on loan.
(3) If it is necessary
to conduct a search in order to locate the information for the person, the
Minister may require the person to pay a fee of $142.00 for each hour or part
of an hour (after the first half hour) taken to conduct the search.
(4) If the information
is copied or reproduced for the person, the Minister may require the person to
pay a fee of an amount equal to the total costs incurred in copying or
reproducing the information.
(5) If the information
is sent to the person, the Minister may require the person to pay a fee of an
amount equal to the total costs incurred in sending the information (including
any packaging costs).
