PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (PIPELINES) REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 8

8 .         Consent to operate pipeline

                A pipeline licensee must not operate a pipeline unless the Minister has granted a consent to operate the pipeline.

        Penalty: a fine of $5 500.
