Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations If the Minister
refuses to approve a proposed revision of an environment plan, or of an oil
spill contingency plan included in an environment plan, the provisions of the
environment plan in force for the pipeline activity immediately before the
proposed revision was submitted remain in force, subject to these regulations
(in particular, the provisions of Division 5), as if the revision had not
been proposed.
