Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) Upon completion of
an analysis by the relevant approved analysis agent the analyst shall make a
certificate in the form of Form 1 of the Schedule and shall forward that
certificate to the superintendent of the prison in which the prisoner is in
custody.
(2) The superintendent
shall cause a copy of the certificate referred to in subregulation (1) to
be served upon the prisoner from whom the sample was taken or obtained.
(3) For the purposes
of these regulations, the chief executive officer may approve a person who is
employed by an approved analysis agent as an analyst.
