Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A person who
brings to a prison any property to be delivered to a prisoner, shall surrender
the property to the superintendent upon arrival at the prison.
(2) The superintendent
to whom property is surrendered shall cause the property to be inspected, and
shall then ensure that the property is dealt with in accordance with any
directions issued by the chief executive officer.
