Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The superintendent
shall cause to be kept for each prisoner —
(a) a
record showing the level of labour allocated to the prisoner from time to time
and the amount of gratuities which have been credited to him and the details
of all transactions involving that prisoner’s gratuities (such record to
be known as the prisoner’s “gratuity card”); and
(b) a
record showing the amount of all moneys held or received on behalf of a
prisoner and the details of all transaction involving such moneys.
