Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) Where the penalty
of restitution is imposed upon a prisoner in respect of a prison offence, the
chief executive officer shall give effect to the penalty and shall authorise
the deduction to be made from the gratuities credited or to be credited to the
prisoner or from other moneys held on his behalf.
