apply to or in relation to a dump made —
(a) in
accordance with —
(i)
any relevant condition of a licence; or
(ii)
any written direction given by an inspector,
by the holder of a
farm lease within his or her pearl oyster farm; or
(b) on a
holding site with pearl oysters which have been subjected to pearl seeding
operations on board an operation boat situated on the holding site.
