PEARLING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 1991 - REG 44I

44I .         Quarantine permitted only on quarantine site

                A licensee or permit holder shall not hold pearl oysters for the purposes of quarantine and disease testing except on a quarantine site.

        Penalty: $2 000.
