PETROLEUM RETAILERS RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES REGULATIONS 1982 - REG 4

4 .         Prescribed particulars — section 4(3)(d)

                The permanent register required to be maintained pursuant to section 4(3)(d) of the Act shall contain the following particulars of any purchase of motor fuel — 

            (a)         the date of the purchase;

            (b)         the name of the supplier of the motor fuel;

            (c)         the quantity of motor fuel purchased;

            (d)         the type of the motor fuel purchased.
