For the purposes of
section 5(8)(a) of the Act, an amount of $10 000 000 is
prescribed as the amount of insurance that must be taken out and maintained by
a tenant in respect of any one occurrence which may give rise to the indemnity
liability set out in section 5(7) of the Act.
