is qualified to be appointed as an assessor under section 33ZZ(5)(a) of
the Act if the legal practitioner has —
(a) at
least 8 years’ standing and experience as a legal practitioner; and
(b)
experience as a legal practitioner dealing with matters relating to
workers’ compensation legislation or other similar legislative
compensation schemes.
