Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations The offences in these
regulations that are followed by a penalty expressed as a “modified
penalty” are offences that are prescribed offences for the purposes of
section 44 of the Act, and the modified penalty following or applicable
to the offence is the modified penalty prescribed for the purposes of
section 45(1)(b) of the Act in respect of that offence.
