PUBLIC TRANSPORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 42

42 .         Failure to comply with refusal of travel

                If a person has been advised under regulation 41 that the person must not travel on or remain on a conveyance, the person commits an offence if the person —

            (a)         boards the conveyance; or

            (b)         refuses or fails to alight from the conveyance.

        Modified penalty: a fine of $200.

        Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
