Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A certificate
referred to in section 11(2) of the Act in relation to a consent or
request required under section 11(1) of the Act shall be in or to the
effect of Form 4.
(2) The prescribed
officer for the purpose of signing a certificate referred to in
section 11(2) of the Act shall be the chief executive officer of the
Department of the Attorney General.
(3) On the signing of
a certificate under section 11(2) of the Act, it shall be forwarded to
the Department for the purpose of making an application to the Magistrates
Court for the issue of an order of transfer.
