PRISONERS (INTERSTATE TRANSFER) REGULATIONS 1984 - REG 27

27 .         Information relating to prisoner to be sent to participating State

                Where a copy of an order of transfer or other document is to be sent, pursuant to section 24(1) of the Act, to the corresponding Minister of a participating State, or to some person for the time being designated by the corresponding Minister, the copy shall be certified by the chief executive officer  ² or by an officer of the Department authorised to do so by the chief executive officer  ² .
