PRISONERS (INTERSTATE TRANSFER) REGULATIONS 1984 - REG 31

31 .         Revocation of order of transfer

        (1)         For the purposes of section 32 of the Act, an application to the Magistrates Court to revoke an order of transfer shall be in or to the effect of Form 14.

        (2)         An application referred to in subregulation (1) may be made by the chief executive officer  ² or by an officer of the Department authorised to do so by the chief executive officer  ² .
